1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Martín Gabriel Cognetta Grimaudo, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-27232328-4, owner of CLICKLOOP, a Technology Consultancy located in El Carmen, Jujuy Province, Argentina. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected] or made through WhatsApp at +54 9 388 608 3334, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Argentina time.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to CLICKLOOP’s institutional website and to related forms, quote requests and digital communications that link to this Policy. Client websites and external services, including WhatsApp, have their own policies.

3. Data we may collect

Depending on the channel and relationship, we may process:

  • identification and contact data, including name, email, telephone or WhatsApp and preferred channel;
  • organization, industry, approximate size, role and professional data;
  • inquiry and project details, needs, objectives, materials and information voluntarily submitted;
  • proposal, contract, payment, billing, delivery and support records;
  • privacy and optional marketing consent evidence, including date, time and source;
  • IP address, timestamps, requested URLs, browser, device, operating system, error logs and security events;
  • language and visual-theme preferences stored through cookies or similar technologies.

The general form is not intended to collect sensitive data. Do not submit health, biometric, political, union, religious, sexual, criminal, authentication or third-party confidential information unless strictly necessary, previously agreed and sent through an appropriate channel.

4. Sources

Data may come directly from you; from an organization you represent; automatically from website operation and security; or from legitimate public or professional sources when allowed. If you provide another person’s data, you must have authority or a lawful basis and inform that person of this Policy.

5. Purposes

We use data to receive and answer inquiries; prepare assessments, meetings and proposals; manage pre-contractual and contractual relationships; deliver and support services; process payments and legal obligations; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security and availability; diagnose errors; record consent; send marketing only where authorized; comply with law; and establish or defend legal rights.

CLICKLOOP does not sell personal data and does not currently make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through the general form.

6. Legal grounds

Processing may rely on consent, requested pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations, compatible legitimate interests in security and defense of rights, and other grounds permitted by Argentine Law 25,326. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

7. Required data

Fields marked as required are needed to handle the request. Without a valid contact method, a minimum description and required consent, we may be unable to respond. Marketing consent is never required.

8. Marketing

Marketing messages will only be sent with authorization or another valid legal ground. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through [email protected] or an unsubscribe mechanism. Operational messages about an inquiry, contract, security or support are not marketing. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect an opt-out.

9. Providers and recipients

CLICKLOOP may use providers for hosting, DNS, CDN, security, databases, storage, email, backups and support. The current architecture may involve Cloudflare and Abacus.AI. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to its own policies. Providers should receive only the information necessary for their function and be subject to appropriate confidentiality and security duties.

Data may also be shared with professional advisers, payment processors or authorities where necessary, legally required or needed to defend rights. We do not sell databases for third-party advertising.

10. International transfers

Cloud providers may process data outside Argentina. Where applicable, CLICKLOOP will seek reputable providers, contractual safeguards and reasonable measures consistent with Argentine rules on international transfers.

11. Retention

  • inquiries and prospects: up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction;
  • marketing: until consent is withdrawn or reviewed after 24 months of inactivity;
  • clients, contracts and commercial or tax records: for the relationship and the applicable legal or limitation period, which may reach 10 years;
  • technical and security logs: normally up to 12 months, unless an incident or legal need justifies longer retention;
  • consent and opt-out evidence: as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Data will then be deleted, anonymized or restricted as appropriate. Backup copies may remain until their secure replacement cycle ends.

12. Security

CLICKLOOP applies reasonable controls such as access restrictions, encryption in transit, backups, updates, environment separation, input validation and abuse prevention. No system is completely invulnerable. Significant incidents will be documented, mitigated and communicated as required by applicable law.

13. Your rights

You may request access, correction, updating, deletion where applicable, confidentiality, restriction during verification, withdrawal of consent and marketing opt-out. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Personal data” and sufficient information to verify identity.

Under Argentine Law 25,326, access requests must generally be answered within 10 calendar days and correction, update or deletion requests within 5 business days, subject to legal exceptions. Argentina’s Access to Public Information Agency is the supervisory authority. Information is available at argentina.gob.ar/aaip/datospersonales.

14. Minors

The general site and services are not directed to people under 18. Minors should not submit data without their legal representative. Data known to have been collected without a valid basis will be removed where appropriate.

15. External services and changes

External links are governed by third-party policies. We may update this Policy for legal, technical or business changes and will publish the effective version and date on this page.
